****VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION****
Parents
must give permission in writing to allow International Language
Holiday Staff to prescribe aspirin and paracetamol or similar medicines
for coughs and colds.
All
student medicines must be given to us at the beginning of the
course.
International
Language Holidays cannot accept responsibility concerning
the medical condition of any student, if we do not have necessary
information in writing before the child arrives.
International
Language holidays assumes that when parents enrol students on an
International Language Holiday programme, they are automatically
giving permission for their children to participate in all advertised
programmes in the brochure, unless they give different instructions
in writing.

How can your parents contact you by phone?
-
The telephone numbers for parents wishing to telephone will be sent to
them before the course starts:
If
parents telephone to speak to a student, there may be a long delay before
he or she can be brought to the telephone. Your school is situated on
a large campus and it can take ten minutes or more to bring a student
from the Sports Hall or the Swimming Pool to the telephone.
IT IS MUCH BETTER IF STUDENTS TELEPHONE YOUR PARENTS FROM TIME TO TIME. There
are special telephones at the school for you to use and our staff are
always on hand to help. Remember, it can take a long time to bring you
to the telephone if your parents call you.
